About the role

As part of our growing Middle East team, you will work directly with senior advisors on landmark infrastructure and energy transactions across the GCC and the wider region. You will support financial, commercial, and strategic workstreams on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), Independent Power Projects (IPPs), infrastructure concessions, M&A transactions, and large-scale capital projects. This is a hands-on advisory role offering significant exposure to clients, investors, government entities, lenders, and project sponsors.

What you'll do

Financial Advisory & Project Finance Develop, review, and maintain project finance financial models. Build integrated financial models for PPP, IPP, renewable energy, utilities, and infrastructure projects. Perform valuation analysis, scenario testing, and sensitivity analysis. Support debt sizing, financing structure optimization, and bankability assessments. Assist in preparing financing strategies and investment cases. Assist in preparing financing documents, Information Memorandums (IMs), Teasers, Bank Response Forms, and project financing timelines. Review and coordinate financing and transaction documentation, including Term Sheets, Commitment Letters, Common Terms Agreements, Facility Agreements, and Legal, Technical, Insurance, and Financial Due Diligence Reports, as well as other project finance documentation through to financial close. PPP & Infrastructure Advisory Support the development of procurement and PPP strategies. Prepare the commercial and financial sections of tender documentation. Evaluate bids from financial and commercial perspectives. Assist with transaction structuring and commercial negotiations. Support clients through the procurement, preferred bidder, and financial close stages. Transaction & Commercial Advisory Conduct market research and commercial analysis. Perform financial due diligence and transaction analysis. Prepare business cases and investment memoranda. Assist with infrastructure M&A and strategic advisory assignments. Support commercial negotiations with developers, contractors, and investors. Client & Project Delivery Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables. Participate in client meetings and workshops. Coordinate with technical, legal, and commercial advisors. Manage project workstreams and contribute to multiple assignments simultaneously. Support proposal preparation and business development activities.

What you'll bring

We are looking for candidates with: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline. 4–6 years of relevant experience in project finance, infrastructure advisory, corporate finance, or transaction advisory. Experience in infrastructure, energy, or utilities is preferred. Strong financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel. Good understanding of project finance principles and PPP structures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. High attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
