Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services for Estonian clients. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, support compliance activities, maintain payroll documentation, and collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Process payroll accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with Estonian payroll legislation and statutory reporting requirements. Handle complex payroll cases and act as a payroll subject matter expert. Support system testing, payroll validations, and process improvements. Maintain payroll documentation, SOPs, and work instructions. Collaborate with clients, authorities, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Support and guide colleagues on payroll processes and best practices.

3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in an outsourcing or BPO environment. Strong knowledge of Estonian payroll legislation and payroll administration. Experience with SAP Payroll, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), or similar payroll systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Estonian and English. Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
