About the role
The Tender Desk (Vietnam based) provides proposal, tender and business development support across the APAC region. Working closely with Business Development, Technical and Marketing teams, the role supports opportunity qualification, proposal preparation, tender coordination, CRM management and business reporting to improve the quality and efficiency of regional business development activities.
What you'll do
Proposal & EoI preparation support Conduct market research across priority countries and sectors within the APAC region. Monitor tender portals, procurement platforms and client announcements. Perform lead screening and opportunity qualification together with Business Development teams. Support strategic analysis of RFPs and identify key risks, opportunities and win themes. Prepare the template accordingly and coordinate up to submission. Share market intelligence and competitor insights with regional stakeholders. Regional Coordination Coordinate proposal schedules, review meetings and submission timelines. Liaise with Business Development, Marketing and technical teams across the APAC region. Support major pursuits by facilitating communication between countries and business units. Ensure timely delivery of proposal inputs from all stakeholders. Knowledge & Content Management Maintain regional project references, capability statements, brochures and proposal materials. Manage proposal libraries, CapStats, Toolkit resources and other business development assets. Promote knowledge sharing and reuse of successful proposal content across the region. CRM, Reporting & Digital Enablement Maintain and update Oracle CRM / ABW opportunity records. Prepare Power BI dashboards and regional business development reports. Support pipeline reporting and proposal performance analysis. Apply AI tools to improve proposal drafting, research, document management and productivity. Identify opportunities to automate or improve Tender Desk processes using digital tools. Other Responsibilities Provide ad-hoc support for strategic pursuits, business development initiatives and regional projects. Contribute to the development of Tender Desk best practices across the APAC region.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in proposal coordination, tender support or business development support. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is preferred. Familiarity with AI productivity tools to support research, proposal preparation and content development. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to regional teams.
