Senior AI Engineer Full Time Delft-Netherlands As an experienced AI Engineer you’ll work on real-world AI solutions that go beyond experimentation — building and deploying production-grade models that make a measurable impact. A key focus will be on predictive maintenance and AI-driven optimization projects across diverse domains. Responsibilities and Duties:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions, with a focus on predictive analytics and maintenance use cases. Experiment with and implement modern AI advances — including LLMs, MCP architectures, and vector database integrations. Collaborate with software engineers to build reusable, scalable AI components. Work closely with clients to understand domain challenges and translate them into practical solutions.

5+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including hands-on production delivery. Proven track record developing predictive maintenance or similar impact-driven AI systems. Solid working knowledge of modern AI tooling and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, vector DBs, MCP). Strong understanding of software engineering principles and reusable solution design.
