Head of Enterprise Architect

The Head of Enterprise Architecture is responsible for defining, governing and continuously evolving Landal's Enterprise Architecture to enable the company's strategic ambitions, digital transformation and future growth.

As a member of the IT Leadership Team, this role translates business strategy into enterprise capabilities, technology roadmaps and architecture principles that enable scalable, secure and future-proof technology solutions across the organisation.

The role provides enterprise-wide leadership across Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Integration Architecture and Platform Architecture. It establishes technology standards, architecture governance and strategic roadmaps while ensuring technology investments support business priorities, simplify the application landscape and reduce technical debt. The Head of Enterprise Architecture acts as the principal strategic advisor to the CIO on enterprise architecture, technology strategy and technology investment decisions.
