What you'll do
Carry out hydraulic modelling in gravity networks and manage hydraulic modelling design projects, with over 5 years of overall experience. Design and review available hydraulic models/data for water supply, stormwater, and wastewater networks (existing or under preparation). Data collection, Develop hydraulic models using appropriate and approved software for preparation of water supply, wastewater, and drainage master plans and DPRs. Assist in the preparation of technical reports and drawings. Handle and manage large datasets for analysis. Ensure quality deliverables that meet client standards. Carry out other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager, Line Manager, ADAG/DAG, supervisor, or management.
What you'll bring
Minimum 5+ years of experience in hydraulic modelling and design projects. Strong knowledge of: 1D and 2D hydraulic modelling Model calibration Hydraulics and hydrology Stormwater management/networks Site drainage Sewerage collection and disposal systems Specialist-level proficiency in hydraulic modelling software. Hands-on experience with modelling software such as: InfoWorks SewerGEMS WaterGEMS Civil 3D Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Master’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline is preferred. .
