As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Insurance Practice Lead , a senior professional who will drive transformation in the industry, lead client delivery, and help shape the future of FiSer’s Insurance practice.
What you'll do
As a Insurance Practice Lead , you will take full ownership of our consulting proposition in this area. You will guide transformation programs, advise clients, and define how FiSer supports the Insurance sector. You’ll play a key role in expanding the practice, driving commercial growth, and mentoring our team. Lead high-impact transformation projects for clients in the Insurance sector. Define and develop FiSer’s proposition in Insurance based on key industry trends and client needs. Act as a trusted advisor to clients at all levels, supporting change and strategic decision-making. Expand our client base through business development and leveraging your industry network. Represent FiSer in the market as a thought leader and help grow our brand recognition. Mentor and support team members, contributing to a high-performing culture. Lay the foundation for a Principal or Partner role by demonstrating leadership and entrepreneurial mindset. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in the Insurance industry and a strong track record in delivering transformation.
What you'll bring
10+ years of experience in the Insurance or Pensions industry, with expertise in areas such as: Model Development, Finance, Risk Management (Financial & Non-Financial), Operations, or IT. Proven experience managing end-to-end transformation projects – from initiation to execution – within agile environments. Strong understanding of the regulatory, organizational, and technological developments shaping the sector. A strong professional network in the Dutch Insurance market. Experience in business development and a commercial mindset to grow our client base. Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to challenge the status quo. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands.
