Project Manager | ZH | Marine | English speaking possible

You are responsible for the full project execution from A to Z, including scoping, planning, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance. You manage international new-build projects from the sales phase through delivery and commissioning. You are responsible for simultaneously managing approximately 25 active projects, depending on size and phase. You oversee projects ranging in size from EUR 20,000 to EUR 5 million, with larger projects typically spanning multiple years. You coordinate and lead internal departments such as engineering, production, procurement, and logistics. You act as the primary point of contact for clients, shipyards, and external partners.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Technology, or a related field. You have at least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. You have experience in the maritime sector (preferred), machinery manufacturing, or a comparable industry. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The organization specializes in designing, delivering, and commissioning complex technical systems for the maritime industry. From a Dutch office, a compact and expert team works on international new-build projects for shipyards and end clients worldwide. The organization combines engineering, production, and project management to deliver high-quality and reliable turnkey solutions. In the Netherlands, the organization employs approximately 80 FTE. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and one fellow Project Manager. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the procurement and sales departments.
