What you'll do
Strategic analysis & positioning Conduct market, competitive, and ecosystem analyses Develop business cases for new markets, products, and strategic initiatives Structure complex strategic questions and translate them into clear recommendations Executive narrative & investor readiness Create and continuously refine board- and investor-grade materials (strategic memos, narratives, and presentations) Translate complex technical work into clear, compelling storylines and visuals for senior stakeholders Own and upgrade key fundraising infrastructure, including the Virtual Data Room (VDR): structuring, maintaining, and ensuring diligence-ready documentation at all times Special projects Lead and support high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives Contribute to organizational and operational structuring in a high-growth phase
What you'll bring
2–4 years of experience at top-tier strategy consultancy, investment banking, big tech, or strategy / corp dev roles in a start-up /scale-up environment Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities Ability to quickly distill complexity into clear insights Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, high-performance environment Highly ambitious, ownership-driven, and intellectually rigorous Nice to have: understanding of semiconductor market or semiconductor systems
