Junior Operations Coordinator

Fortaegis is building the trusted silicon backbone for an AI-powered, hyperconnected world. We develop advanced secure hardware and software platforms for critical infrastructure, defense, industrial systems, and next-generation compute. We are looking for a highly ambitious Junior Operations Coordinator to help bring structure, speed, and clarity to the way the company runs. The roleThis is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to learn how a fast-growing deep-tech company is built from the inside. You will work closely across commercial and operations teams, including with leadership. Some of the work will be highly practical and execution-focused. Some of it will involve helping solve complex problems, improve processes, and keep the organization moving at high speed. This is not a “wait 5 years before you get responsibility” type of role. If you are sharp, proactive, organized, and hungry to learn, you will grow quickly.

Help keep day-to-day company operations running smoothly Bring structure to documents, trackers, folders, templates, and internal systems Coordinate workflows across teams and help unblock execution Support leadership with operational and organizational priorities Help improve lightweight processes as the company scales Assist with customer, supplier, investor, and partner-related coordination Take ownership of ad hoc projects that help the company operate more effectively

0–2 years of experience Highly organized, reliable, and proactive, with strong written communication skills Excited by fast-moving environments with high learning potential, and comfortable figuring things out independently Willing to take ownership of practical work, even when it is not glamorous Curious about startups, deep tech, semiconductors, cybersecurity, AI, or critical infrastructure Willing to be on-site in our office every day You do not need prior experience in semiconductors or cybersecurity. You do need to be ambitious, sharp, adaptable, and willing to put in the work to grow quickly.

This role is designed as a launchpad into company-building. You will get broad exposure across the business, work closely with experienced operators and leadership, and build a strong foundation in execution, operations, coordination, and scaling a company. This role has the potential to  evolve into broader responsibilities across operations, business operations, program management, strategy, or other areas over time.
