GASSAN is looking for a Sales Associate. GASSAN is looking for a Sales Associate M/F for the new Messika boutique on P.C. Hooftstraat. GASSAN stands for diamonds, jewelry and luxury watches. For more than 80 years, the brand has represented craftsmanship, proven quality and reliability. As a family business, founded in 1945, we have grown into an international success and a high-end department store with leading brands. In collaboration with Messika, GASSAN is opening an exclusive boutique in the heart of Amsterdam. Do you have an affinity with luxury retail and do you know how to turn every customer interaction into a special experience? Are you service-oriented and commercially minded? Then we are looking for you. What will you do? Advise and assist customers with their purchases Create a unique and personal customer experience Support in achieving commercial objectives and KPIs Contribute to building and maintaining customer relationships Monitor the appearance and presentation of the boutique Support operational processes Are you: A commercial team player Social and communicatively strong Service-oriented and presentable Eager to learn and proactive Stress-resistant and flexible Affinity with the high-end segment Qualifications: 1–3 years of demonstrable experience in retail or hospitality (luxury segment is a plus) Commercial insight and a customer-focused attitude Good communication skills A presentable and professional appearance

Market-based salary Training in the field of diamonds, jewelry and watches Working with high-end products and an international clientele A dynamic role Good command of Dutch and English is required.
