About the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure organization, you will be responsible for managing and resolving a wide range of IT-related issues along with serving as an essential member of the Corporate team in our Amsterdam office (80/20 ratio). This role is critical for maintaining a secure, efficient, and user-friendly technology environment, supporting both local and global operations, and assisting with tasks related to the Corporate team.

What you'll do

Amsterdam Office SPOC: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all IT and Corporate team related matters in the Amsterdam office. Ensure effective communication and coordination between the local team, global IT support, and Corporate teams across the EU region. Provide hands-on technical support, manage user requests, maintain reliable IT operations, and assist with local Corporate team activities. Incident Management: Handle and resolve IT infrastructure tickets related to operating systems, hardware, applications, A/V support, asset management, networking, and tech tools. Ensure timely resolution in line with defined SLAs using the designated ticketing system. Desktop Infrastructure: Build and configure computers according to departmental standards and ensure readiness for end users. User Management: Provide support to end users, including senior management and VIPs, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution. Security Compliance: Maintain strong compliance across all end-user systems, consistently achieving high scores on security audits and parameters. Hardware Asset Inventory: Accurately manage changes to IT hardware assets through the IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) process in collaboration with the asset management team. IT Asset Logistics: Coordinate procurement, shipment, and communication for laptops and peripherals for users in London and EU region. Project Contribution: Participate in and support end-user computing projects, aligning IT initiatives with broader business goals.

What you'll bring

Fluent in English and at least advanced in Dutch with excellent communication and customer service skills 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role Strong understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques Quick learner with attention to detail, punctuality and a proactive mindset Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and contribute effectively to projects that align technology with business strategy
