Warehouse Supervisor

They are expanding their logistics operations in Almere, and we are looking for a driven professional to strengthen their warehouse team. Working Hours You’re flexible: day, evening, night (5 weeks per year), and occasional Saturday shifts during peak seasons are possible for you.

Lead the daily warehouse operation and monitor team KPI’s. Keep processes running efficiently and solve bottlenecks quickly. Motivate, coach, and guide your team: from onboarding to performance reviews. Ensure safety, quality, and smooth workflow across the warehouse. Manage planning, priorities, and reporting. Act as the link between the team and management.

Who You Are MBO+/HBO level or equivalent experience. Experience in logistics (fashion is a plus). Strong communicator in Dutch & English. Skilled with WMS and Office applications.
