Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer you will join the Manufacturing Operations & Compliance Support (MOCS) team within MSAT at our client’s cell therapy manufacturing site in the Netherlands. You’ll support product release readiness, drive deviation investigations, and deliver continuous improvement in a fast-paced, highly regulated cGMP environment producing T-cell therapy products.

Perform impact assessments that support batch disposition / product release and operational decision-making Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders across Manufacturing, QA, QC, MSAT and Supply Chain Write and revise SOPs, batch records, and other GMP manufacturing documentation Lead and coordinate deviation investigations, using structured Root Cause Analysis tools Define, implement and track CAPAs to address root cause and verify effectiveness Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects within Manufacturing Operations Take on additional tasks as assigned by management in line with site priorities

BSc in Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or equivalent (Engineering degree is a strong plus) Experience in cell culture, cell therapy, and/or aseptic processing in a manufacturing setting Strong knowledge of cGMP compliance with hands-on experience in deviations, investigation reports, change controls, and corrective actions Clear communication skills and proven ability to work in cross-functional teams Solid understanding of scientific and engineering principles; strong troubleshooting mindset Comfortable working independently in a changing environment with shifting priorities Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and open to temporary responsibilities outside the initial scope
