HR Officer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our HR team. In this role, you will support and manage a wide range of HR activities across the entire employee lifecycle, contributing to a positive employee experience and ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. As we are an international company with multiple offices around the world, you will work in a dynamic, cross-border environment. You will work closely with both management and employees, playing an important role in day-to-day operational HR tasks as well as ongoing HR development and improvement initiatives. The Requirements 3–5 years of experience in an HR role (HR Assistant, HR Officer, or similar) Master’s degree (MSc) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred Strong understanding of HR processes and international employment legislation Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset Strong task organizational skills are required.
