What you'll bring
8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a focus on Workplace Projects and End User Computing. Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Workplace Projects and End User Computing (EUC) initiatives, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines. Define project scope, requirements, stage gates, deliverables, and acceptance criteria using the Waterfall project management methodology. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and project documentation aligned with organizational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, System Integration, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery. Drive the implementation of mission-critical IT projects supporting Workplace and EUC environments with minimal operational disruption. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to system availability, data integrity, security, and production impact. Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, change management, and organizational standards. Manage vendors, system integrators, and third-party technology partners to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Prepare governance reports, executive dashboards, milestone tracking, and project status updates for stakeholders. Lead change management, user adoption, post-implementation support, and system stabilization activities. Strong experience managing projects using the Waterfall methodology. Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Strong stakeholder management skills across IT, Engineering, Production, and external vendors. Experience managing mission-critical, high-availability IT environments. Expertise in risk, issue, and change management. Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking experience. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural, global environments. Proactive, collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
