8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including 3–5 years of hands-on Python development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-driven professional with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Strong ownership and accountability with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments. Passion for building simple, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality and results. Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Release Pipelines, and Azure Cloud Fundamentals. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), inheritance, clean coding principles, and software engineering best practices. Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. Proficiency with Docker and Git. Experience using AI-assisted development tools, including evaluating AI-generated code, applying AI securely and responsibly, and leveraging AI to improve productivity, code quality, and maintainability.
