Integrations Product Owner

Assist in the development and execution of integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity between our TMS and various third-party systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams, coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, commercial teams, and external partners, ensuring risks and dependencies are addressed early. Own the integration lifecycle from intake and discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Gather requirements from customers, partnerships, Professional Services, Sales, and other teams, translating them into clear scopes, priorities, estimates, and timelines. Ensure integrations align with our overall product vision and contribute to the scalability and reliability of our platform. Monitor adoption, Go-to-Market and customer feedback while identifying improvements, new partners, and opportunities to make integrations more scalable and automated. Own the operational readiness of integrations, including configuration requirements, validation criteria, documentation, supported use cases, limitations, and handover. ✅ Skills & Experience Experience in product management, specifically with integrations or API-driven products. A technical understanding of APIs, data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML), and system interoperability. Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external partners. A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically about product decisions and their impact on the overall business. A passion for the transportation industry and a desire to contribute to a more efficient and sustainable future. 🤝
