Operations & Logistics Intern

Hi, we’re Ace & Tate – and yes, we make glasses. But more than that, we make working here worth your while. We are looking for a Operations and Logistics Intern at our Amsterdam HQ, 38 - 40 hours. Start: 1st of August 2026, 6 months What our Operations & Logistics Interns do Assisting the internal Operations & Logistics manager with daily operational and administrative tasks Supporting the organisation of logistics data, invoices and shipment records Coordinating daily outbound shipments to external partners and clients Assisting with the receiving, processing and handling of shipments at HQ Performing shipment checks to maintain accuracy and quality standards Preparing and printing shipping labels and related logistics documentation Providing general operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics processes. You have A background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field is a plus A HBO-level education Availability for at least 38 hours per week (preferably start date 1st of August ) An eye for detail and are organised The ability to work independently, but also thrive in teamwork
