Service Support Officer (Santos)

You will: Pickup the VSO’s that are ready for invoicing Verify supporting document: SR, PO, customer# Refer to Business Controller if margin % on the VSO is too low (against target) Generate and post invoices in Navision Send invoice according to customer requirements/arrangements (by email, upload in customer portal, hardcopy, …) What does success look like? As a successful Service Support Officer, the department will expect to see the invoicing to be completed per our standard KPIs, but by adding this additional role in Brazil, we will be seeing a reduction in past invoicing counts that will bring the team current. In this role, you will be responsible for invoicing and closing the completed jobs (VSO). During the process, you will promote the core values of Radio Holland.
