1. ORGANIZATION Reports hierarchically to the Head of AIT & Secondment and operationally to the Logistics Coordinator.
2. PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION To carry out the physical logistics process and the administrative processing of the flows of goods at home and abroad.
3. JOB CONTENT IN OUTLINE•
Receives goods, checks receipt papers with the number and type of items supplied, registers deviations and stores goods according to the data from the business information system.
• Stores and withdraws goods from the warehouse.
• Collects goods for shipment, packages the goods in accordance with the delivery agreements and fills in the shipping paperwork.
• Arranges transport via carriers, makes agreements about the method and time of transport, within set frameworks.
• Records data related to the receipt, storage and shipment of goods in the automated business systems.
• Periodically manages, monitors and controls the physically present flight stock and the flight stock with a limited shelf life in the warehouse
• Periodically checks the physically present non-flight general stock in the warehouse and initiates the order of the non-flight general stock. .
• Manages (collects, sorts, stores and offers for disposal) hazardous substances in the warehouse in accordance with guidelines.
• Supervises physically valuable and/or risky transports, loads and unloads own project containers at external test houses.
• Is responsible for and manages the available hoisting and lifting equipment; contributes to the selection and is responsible for and coordinates the periodic inspection by external companies. Initiates training for employees to be able to carry out
hoisting and lifting activities safely• Operates the available hoisting and lifting equipment and carries out visual inspections (also under the hook) in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Directs daily cleaning operations in the production facilities.
4. COMMUNICATION INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY
Internal:
• With direct colleagues to achieve work coordination.
External:
• With transportto make agreements about the manner and times of transport.
• With external companies for the purchase and certification (inspection) of hoisting and lifting equipment.

• Diploma: Forklift driver, certificate / diploma: Hoisting.
