At Briddge, you will work with clients operating across Europe and beyond, gaining hands-on experience in international payroll, employment compliance, and cross-border workforce management. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and given the opportunity to develop into a payroll specialist in a collaborative international environment. We support international businesses manage their workforce. As a Junior Associate International Payroll , you will play a key role in ensuring that payroll and related payments are processed accurately and on time for employees across multiple countries. You will join our International Payroll team, a group of specialists supporting clients across multiple countries. The team combines technical expertise with a collaborative and supportive culture where colleagues actively help each other develop. Why join Briddge? What you'll do
As a Junior Associate International Payroll, you will support the delivery of payroll services for international employees and work closely with clients, local partners, and colleagues across different jurisdictions. Record and process payroll transactions accurately, completely, and on time. Process salary payments and other payroll-related payments through various banking systems. Coordinate payroll changes, payroll outputs, and payment information with clients and local payroll partners. Review and process payroll-related documentation, including tax and pension documents. Answer client questions regarding international payroll matters. Maintain accurate digital records and payroll files in line with internal procedures. Contribute knowledge sharing within the team and support continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for Someone who is detail-oriented, curious and eager to learn, take ownership of your work and strive for accuracy. You like solving problems and helping clients and you are interested in building a career in international payroll. You enjoy working with numbers, communicating professionally with clients and colleagues and take pride in delivering accurate work. You are organized, willing to ask questions, and enjoy working as part of an international team where collaboration and continuous learning are encouraged.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Payroll, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. An interest in payroll, employment, tax, or financial administration. Prior payroll experience is not required, we will support your development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of another European language is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
