DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide daily support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and bugs Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes based on customer requirements Support ongoing activities on active Dynamics 365 projects Communicate directly with customers regarding support requests and ongoing maintenance activities Collaborate with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions Assist in documenting solutions, processes, and system configurations Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies
