Dyson Technology B.V.
About the role
As an Associate Product Manager within our E‑Commerce Product team, you will help shape digital experiences that improve customer conversion and confidence across key moments in the online purchasing journey. Operating within a clearly defined product area, you will focus on understanding customer problems, identifying opportunities, and validating solutions through experimentation. Working closely with design, engineering and experimentation teams, you will develop strong product judgement by combining customer insight, data and structured thinking to deliver measurable outcomes.
What you'll do
Own specific product problem spaces on a digital platform, focusing on customer and business outcomes Translate customer needs, business objectives and insights into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs Conduct structured discovery through customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis and market research Develop hypotheses and partner with experimentation teams to design and launch A/B tests with clear success criteria Monitor performance against agreed metrics, using evidence to inform product decisions and prioritisation Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create high-quality customer experiences Maintain a rolling three-month roadmap of enhancements aligned to product goals Communicate product decisions clearly, bringing stakeholders along on the rationale behind priorities and trade-offs Success in this role is defined by the outcomes delivered for customers and the business—particularly measurable improvements in conversion and customer experience—rather than output alone.
