As a Warehouse Supervisor, you lead the daily warehouse operation and ensure your team delivers consistent, high‑quality results. You monitor KPIs, solve bottlenecks quickly, and maintain a safe, structured and efficient workflow. You act as the bridge between the team and management, guiding your people from onboarding to performance reviews while keeping processes optimized and aligned with operational goals. Summary of activities you will do as a Warehouse Supervisor: Lead the daily warehouse operation and monitor team KPI’s; Keep processes running efficiently and solve bottlenecks quickly; Motivate, coach, and guide your team: from onboarding to performance reviews; Ensure safety, quality, and smooth workflow across the warehouse; Manage planning, priorities, and reporting; Act as the link between the team and management. Job requirements: MBO+/HBO level or equivalent experience; Experience in logistics; fashion logistics is a strong advantage; Strong communicator in Dutch & English; Comfortable working with WMS systems and MS Office; VCA certification or willingness to obtain it; Flexible availability across multiple shifts (morning, evening, and on peak periods in a night shift). Conditions for our future Warehouse Supervisor: A direct contract and competitive salary of €3.350 – €5.000 gross depending on experience; 8.75% shift allowance for working in 2 shifts; 24 vacation days + 3.5 ATV days (full-time); Travel allowance for daily commuting to Almere; A dynamic international work environment with growth opportunities; Pensionplan and development within the company.
