We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Production Operator to join our U.S. manufacturing team and help build high-quality medical device products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and building a long-term career in manufacturing. What you'll bring

An Associate degree or Technical background in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience). Ambition and a genuine desire to learn the business from the ground up. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with report writing. Strong attention to detail and good documentation habits. Prior manufacturing experience is a bonus (especially in medical devices), but not essential we'll teach you the rest. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices is a plus. Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset.
