If so, this might just be the place for you! We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our efforts in fostering a data-driven culture across the organization and enabling AI adoption. In this role, you will assist in enhancing our communication, change management, training, and AI capability-building initiatives.

AI literacy projects: assist in planning and executing projects focused on improving AI literacy, including organizing competitions, gamification activities, and tracking participant progress. Research AI trends: conduct research on the latest developments in AI and innovation, and present findings to the team to inform ongoing initiatives. Develop engaging  social media content: create and contribute to the development of engaging content such as instructional videos, data visualizations, and interactive gamified tools to support training and communication strategies. The terms of employment Your starting date is September 1 st 2026 (optional start date: August 16 th 2026) The internship is fulltime The duration of the internship is 6 months It is a practice-oriented internship You will be based in Amsterdam During your internship, you have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (3 days from our Office and 2 days from home) You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross based on 40 hours per week You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime) If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed The unique you! Conditions of HEINEKEN You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU. You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship.
