Field services specialist

The Field Services Specialist is responsible for providing hands-on technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT systems and hardware across all parks and offices. The role ensures minimal downtime, optimal equipment performance, and a consistent end-user experience by supporting both remote and on-site operations. This includes scheduled visits to parks and offices for installations, upgrades, and project support when required.​
