Packaging Engineer

Provide packaging technology expertise to Manufacturing, such as the transfer and implementation of new packaging processes/technologies. Produce engineering project documentation (plans, protocols/reports, risk assessments, change control, URS, qualification docs). Lead and document investigations and root-cause analyses for CAPEX, changes and improvements (incl. CAPA follow-up), and drive continuous improvement. Execute and report equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for products, processes and technologies. Ensure GMP and SHE compliance to enable safe, compliant operations. Qualifications and Experience HBO level (Bachelor or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Several years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar multidisciplinary environment. Strong technical/technological orientation; able to maintain overview and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience writing protocols and performing/reporting equipment qualifications. Knowledge of secondary and tertiary packaging technologies and packaging materials. Knowledge of GMP requirements, EHS/SHE guidelines and preferably Lean principles. Interested?
