What you'll do

Provide packaging technology expertise to Manufacturing, such as the transfer and implementation of new packaging processes/technologies. Produce engineering project documentation (plans, protocols/reports, risk assessments, change control, URS, qualification docs). Lead and document investigations and root-cause analyses for CAPEX, changes and improvements (incl. CAPA follow-up), and drive continuous improvement. Execute and report equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for products, processes and technologies. Ensure GMP and SHE compliance to enable safe, compliant operations. Qualifications and Experience HBO level (Bachelor or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Several years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar multidisciplinary environment. Strong technical/technological orientation; able to maintain overview and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience writing protocols and performing/reporting equipment qualifications. Knowledge of secondary and tertiary packaging technologies and packaging materials. Knowledge of GMP requirements, EHS/SHE guidelines and preferably Lean principles. Interested? Offer Salary: up to €5900 per month (depending on experience); Contract Type: Initial Temporary contract with clear path and intention for extension and conversion to permanent; Work Model: Full-Time, 40h, On-site Work Schedule: Day shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00; Benefits: Pension plan, travel allowance and yearly bonus.
