What you'll do

: Execute transition piece completion activities, including controlled bolting (torqueing and tensioning), flange alignment, and inspection of critical connections. Perform offshore grouting operations, including mixing, pumping, placement, and monitoring of grout to ensure structural integrity and compliance with project specifications. Carry out mechanical completion tasks such as installation, alignment checks, and punch list close-out in accordance with technical drawings and QA/QC standards. Operate specialized tools and measurement equipment, interpret procedures and ITPs, and identify and report non-conformities. Work safely at height, in confined spaces, and under demanding offshore conditions, adhering to HSE requirements and maintaining precision and efficiency throughout all activities. What we’re looking for Approximately 3–5 years of experience is preferred. The following certifications are specifically required: Medical OGUK Standard + Chester Step certificate, GWO Sea Survival, GWO First Aid, GWO Fire Awareness, GWO Working at Heights + Advanced Rescue, 1 year validation, GWO Manual Handling, HUET (or BOSIET, or FOET, Compressed Air – Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS). Technical diploma (mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics). Proficiency in English (international teams). Willingness to travel and work in shifts or rotations (for offshore work). Experience with control systems and hydraulic systems.

Function description A Technician (Wind Installation & Service) is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of offshore wind turbine systems. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the technician ensures that wind turbines are installed safely, commissioned correctly, and maintained to the highest operational standards throughout their lifecycle. Operating in challenging offshore environments, the role requires strong technical expertise, strict adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
