Data & Analytics Intern

Are you passionate about working with data, discovering hidden patterns, identifying risks before they happen, and helping organizations make better decisions through facts rather than assumptions? We are looking for a Data & Analytics Intern to help drive data-informed decision making across engineering, consultancy, construction, and cost management disciplines. The internship runs for 6 months and offers flexibility: you can join full‑time or part‑time (minimum 24 hours per week) depending on your availability. You will play a key role in transforming fragmented information into trusted insights by standardizing, connecting, and analyzing data from multiple sources. Your work will help project teams and business leaders gain clearer visibility into performance, risks, opportunities, and emerging trends. Own recurring reporting tasks and ensure smooth data operations Support Excel template standardization and automation Assist in building and documenting data processes and pipelines Help structure data collection workflows across teams Contribute to ad-hoc analysis: spotting trends, anomalies, and patterns in reports Support dashboard development to turn raw data into visual insights Occasionally assist in exploratory R&D analysis.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Solid Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and structured data organization. Curious and adaptable, with a passion for learning new technologies, digital tools, and business processes. Structured thinker with strong attention to detail and an eye for identifying patterns in data. Eager to learn and grow professionally, with a willingness to take on both analytical and operational responsibilities and learn from feedback. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other reporting and data visualization tools would be an advantage.
