Mō tēnei tūranga | About the opportunity We have an opportunity for a Market & Innovation Strategy Manager to join our Strategy & Growth portfolio on a permanent basis based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In this role, you’ll lead the development of long-term growth plans for Europe, bringing together customer, market and commercial insights to shape innovation priorities, demand planning and opportunity pipelines that support market-aligned growth for Fonterra. Key Accountabilities: Lead the development of long-term growth plans for Europe. Bring together customer, market and commercial insights to shape innovation and growth strategies. Drive strategic demand planning to support investment, innovation and resource decisions. Oversee local product and innovation pipelines, including key market opportunities and hero products. Monitor and track opportunity pipeline performance to support delivery of market-aligned growth. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align strategy, innovation priorities and commercial outcomes. Mōu | About you You’ll have strong experience in market strategy, innovation, marketing or commercial planning, with the ability to turn customer and market insights into clear growth opportunities. You’ll be confident working across stakeholders, balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery. You will also bring: A relevant qualification in marketing, business, commerce or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in developing market, product or innovation strategies that support commercial growth, preferably in the dairy, food or B2B sectors. Strong customer and market insight capability, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Commercial acumen and confidence contributing to long-term demand planning and opportunity pipelines. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills across complex environments.
