About the role
As the Campus Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in the internship hiring for our offices in France and Rotterdam. This includes: Drive the Full-Cycle Process: Step right into the action! You will partner with Hiring Managers in intake meetings, conduct first-round interviews, and guide candidates smoothly through your own pipeline. Talent Attraction: Get our roles seen by the right young talent. You will strategically publish vacancies across diverse channels and university boards, and jump into proactive sourcing to hunt down talent. Act as our Brand Ambassador: Be the face of HousingAnywhere! You will dive into the university recruitment network, build our employer brand, and connect with the next generation of talent.
What you'll bring
Language skills: Fluent in English; French proficiency is a big plus. Confident communicator with a commercial mindset: You enjoy interacting with and persuading diverse stakeholders. A true go-getter: You have a proactive, energetic and action-oriented attitude. Structured & autonomous: Great organisational skills (you love keeping things on track) and feel completely comfortable owning your work in a fast-paced environment.
