Business Analyst - PMS (Hospitality Tech)

Our Product tech team supports the CIO in delivering business value through the effective use of enterprise technology. We manage and optimize systems that enable core business capabilities, including Property Management, POS, CRM, Finance and Guest Experience platforms.

This role sits in a dynamic context, where you work closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership on change that truly matters. You’ll take real ownership of outcomes, learn from experienced domain experts, and grow alongside a team that invests strongly in coaching and capability building. As a Business Analyst – Hospitality, you will help ensure technology solutions align with business processes, data needs, and strategic objectives. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
