As a Service Program Manager, you drive business-critical transformation within the IGT‑S Services organization. Your focus is on improving how the business operates by translating strategic priorities into tangible execution and measurable business outcomes. You will work at the intersection of service operations, connected medical devices, remote service capabilities, software-enabled workflows, data-driven decision making and AI-enabled transformation. Your work will directly contribute to improving service effectiveness, scalability, customer experience and operational performance.

This is not a traditional program management role with predefined project methodology or execution track. You will often start with an ambiguous business challenge, define the problem, shape the transformation approach and drive execution from concept to measurable impact.  You will work on complex initiatives spanning service operations, product development, software, quality, regulatory, data and commercial organizations. You will shape programmes from the ground up and deliver measurable business impact in a global (regulated) healthcare environment. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You operate in a complex stakeholder environment, moving between big-picture alignment and content-level problem solving. Topics will evolve over time, requiring curiosity and fast learning.

Drive transformation

Lead transformation initiatives that directly impact business performance and strategic execution

Translate business challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps, measurable outcomes and sustainable operational improvements

Define success measures and ensure expected benefits are realised Shape and execute

Structure ambiguous business problems and develop practical, data-driven solutions

Work hands-on in analysis, stakeholder alignment, business case development and transformation execution

Drive decision-making by converting complex situations into clear options, trade-offs and recommendations

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving context Align and influence

Drive alignment across BUs, functions, and regions

Prepare and support decision making at senior level

Act as a trusted partner translating strategy into execution Connect and improve

Coordinate initiatives across service, software, connectivity, data and operational teams

Provide transparency on progress, risks, and trade-offs

Help improve how strategic initiatives are prioritised, governed and translated into operational impact

You are the right fit if

You have 7+ years of experience in transformation, strategy execution, or programme management in cross-functional environments

You can structure ambiguity into concrete actions, deliverables, and outcomes

You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset

You have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including exposure to senior leadership

You demonstrate strong business acumen, ownership, and learning agility

You thrive in environments with high complexity, evolving scope, and limited predefined structure

You demonstrate ability to understand complex operational domains and translate emerging technologies such as connectivity, remote capabilities, software, data or AI into scalable business solutions.

Experience in one or more of the following domains is highly valued:

Connected products or connected medical devices

Remote service or digital service operations

Service transformation or serviceability

Software-enabled operational processes

Data, analytics or AI-enabled transformation

Healthcare, MedTech or other regulated industries

We are actively transforming towards AI-enabled service operations. We are looking for candidates who are curious about emerging technologies, embrace AI-enabled ways of working and can help identify opportunities to improve productivity, decision quality, customer experience and operational performance through data and AI.

Compensation and benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €78,187 Gross to € 130,312 Gross. Pay within the range is determined using objective factors, including the skills required, relevant experience, role responsibilities, internal equity and local market considerations. The role is eligible for a maximum 3% bonus, linked to KPIs and company results. The full reward approach will be discussed during the interview process.
