Operations Technology & Analytics (OTA) is the digital enabler of this ambition, delivering products, automation, data-driven insights, and standardised technology solutions that bring this vision to life at scale. As Product Owner you will be part of the Digital Operations domain and be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of digital products used in live terminal environment . You will translate business needs into clear product scope, own the backlog, guide engineering delivery , and manage stakeholders across business and technology to generate measurable operational value. Principal Accountabilities: Manage diverse stakeholder groups across Operations, Engineering, Programmes and Leadership, ensuring alignment through clear and audience-appropriate communication. Translate business needs and operational pain points into product use cases that reduce waste, improve flow and increase reliability . Lead product roadmaps, proactively managing risks, dependencies and constraints while supporting repeatable and standardised solutions that enable faster deployment across terminals. Translate business and user needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria, identifying opportunities to improve systems and operational workflows . Own and prioritise the product backlog , balancing business value, operational needs and technical constraints, while aligning major scope and product direction decisions with the Product Line Manager. Develop and refine user stories with Engineering, maintaining a healthy and delivery-ready backlog . Lead product validation and user acceptance testing with Engineering and terminal stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet agreed requirements and are ready for operational use . Define and track product performance metrics and KPIs connected to Lean performance drivers , including safety, productivity, stability and cost. Establish structured feedback loops with terminals to identify pain points, gather insights and fuel continuous improvement cycles (Kaizen) Apply industry trends, emerging technologies and market insights to keep the product relevant and support the evolution of the Execution Products portfolio. Qualifications & Experience: Proven product ownership experience, including backlog ownership, Agile delivery and launching products in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Experience in terminal operations, maritime, port technology or a comparable operational environment. Continuous improvement mindset, someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset — curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English. C ore Skills & Behaviours: Well-developed stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively, communicate difficult decisions and maintain alignment under pressure. Clear sense of ownership and accountability , with the motivation to move products from problem identification through delivery and adoption. Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and adapt quickly as priorities and circumstances change. Genuine user focus, with a willingness to engage directly with terminal stakeholders and understand how products are used in operational settings. Effective communication and collaboration across operational, technical and leadership audiences. Analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex operational needs into clear product decisions.
