About the role
POSTED: 6th August 2026 STARTING DATE: As soon as possible FULL TIME, ROTTERDAM MISSION TO METRICS The Ocean Cleanup develops and scales solutions to rid the oceans of plastic. Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Brand Partnerships, you’ll manage key global and regional partnerships, track progress, and help shape strategy for new ones. We’re a small team with a big mission. You’ll need to get stuck in and think through the details. You’ll work with teams across comms, PR, research and funding, creating shared goals to hit your own targets. Prioritising your workload to deliver maximum impact is a must. If you understand the value of partnering with us and can help partners use that value to meet their own business goals, this is the place for you. THE ASSIGNMENT The ideal candidate will contribute to our success by helping increase the win-rate on partnership pitches through clear, consistent, and high-performing co-branded materials. Acting as account manager, you will manage the relationship from a marketing perspective, making sure we meet the standard our partners expect while maximizing value for both The Ocean Cleanup and our partners. You will also build early relationships at conferences that grow our marketing lead pipeline, bring structure to our KPI reporting, and work closely with the Marketing Manager - Brand Partnerships to strengthen how our impact is communicated.
