Roles and Responsibilities
Based in Amsterdam (with potential travels within Europe), you will carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for Alpha clients, leaders in Asset Management (Asset Managers, Private Banks, Investor Services Providers).
By covering this position, you will become the Data Practice SME, ensuring the delivery of projects related to client's integrity, availability, and visibility of all data sources. Moreover, you will work with clients proposing analytical solutions / processes and leveraging on AI and/or new technologies to design and implement new TOMs. You will also participate in projects related to the management of data vendors and evaluation of the potential new ones.
Key role responsibilities:
Support the development of continuously-evolving client's businesses. Support the growth of the analytics, data models and the quantitative analysis of the performance of clients data / processes related to it
Use machine learning, data mining, statistical techniques and run conduct A/B experiments to solve complex business problems
Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation
Be familiar with best-in-class solutions

Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):
4-6 years proven experience in consulting or projects, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market
First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office
Proven track record in client relationship development. This should include examples of client account support/management and preferably geared towards supporting business development/sales initiatives
Stakeholder management and influencing skills – with both clients, colleagues and junior team members
Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals
Fluency in Dutch and English is required. As we operate internationally other languages (French, German) is a preference.
