What you'll do
In this temporary role, you will deliver a focused portfolio of CRM and digital improvement initiatives, taking selected work from analysis through implementation, testing and handover. The exact portfolio will be matched to your expertise and may include CRM optimisation, digital marketing and sales improvements, broader business process enhancements, documentation and user enablement, integrations, reporting or supporting the further development of our participant portal. Our CRM team manages and develops RSM's Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and related Power Platform solutions. The team supports colleagues in their day-to-day use of these systems, resolves technical and process-related issues, delivers change requests and works closely with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to continuously improve our digital landscape. This is a temporary position for approximately four to six months, supporting a number of strategic digital improvement initiatives within the organisation. Your daily activities and responsibilities include: Working closely with technical and business colleagues. Specifically, this means: Analyse business needs and existing CRM challenges and translate them into clearly scoped projects or change requests. Investigate and resolve Dynamics 365 configuration, process, workflow and data issues. Design and implement practical CRM and Power Platform solutions, including configuration changes, Power Automate flows, data processes and integrations. Review digital processes and identify where they can be simplified, improved, automated, integrated or redesigned. Deliver selected improvements across marketing, sales, programme management, participant services, finance and invoicing. Test and support the implementation of changes to ensure they are practical, maintainable and fit for purpose. Create clear user and technical documentation and transfer knowledge to internal colleagues. Depending on your expertise, contribute to Power Pages, the participant portal MVP, Power BI, authentication or other strategic digital projects. Job requirements To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following knowledge, expertise or skills. A bachelor-level degree in business informatics, information management, software development or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 3 year experience in with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse in a functional, technical or combined role. Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation, troubleshooting and process improvement Practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and model-driven applications The ability to translate business needs into practical and maintainable technical solutions. Strong analytical, consulting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with users, developers, consultants and management. The ability to document solutions clearly and support knowledge transfer and user adoption Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and preferably Dutch (not required). Preferably you also have Digital marketing processes or marketing automation, such as ClickDimensions.
