Home Job Detail Job Information Posting Date 11-Aug-2026 Requisition ID 3359 States/Provinces/Cities Buenos Aires Location Type Hybrid Business Unit Business Professionals Function Operations Full Time or Part Time Full Time Description & Requirements The Conflicts Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the Firm's conflict checking and risk management processes, helping identify, analyze, and resolve potential conflicts of interest associated with new clients and matters. The role works closely with Partners, offices, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with professional responsibility obligations and Firm policies.

What you'll do

Provide support to the Firm, Partners, and offices regarding conflicts management matters. Review Conflicts Management Requests (CMRs) to ensure information is accurate, complete, and properly documented. Identify and analyze potential conflicts of interest and recommend appropriate resolutions in accordance with Firm policies and professional responsibility requirements. Communicate directly with Partners and other stakeholders to facilitate conflict clearance and matter onboarding. Obtain conflict waiver documentation when required to support business intake activities while protecting client relationships and Firm interests. Maintain detailed records of conflict analysis, resolutions, and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Ensure adherence to conflicts management policies and escalate complex issues when appropriate. Process requests within established service level agreements and quality standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and departmental projects. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across global teams and service centers. Requirements, Qualifications & Experience: Undergraduate degree or relevant professional experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to make sound decisions and provide reliable recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client service orientation. Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proactive approach to continuous improvement and adapting to process changes. Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
