Pay varies by employer and experience; where enough salary data exists for Researcher, the typical range is shown on this page. Whatever the range, a sponsored role must clear the 2026 HSM threshold: EUR 5,942 gross per month, EUR 4,357 under 30, or EUR 3,122 for recent graduates.
