Intern Digital HR (all genders)

At FrieslandCampina, Digital HR supports 20,000+ employees through a global HR technology landscape. As we complete our Global HR transformation, we focus on improving system adoption and user experience.As an intern within the Digital HR team, you will help us improve system adoption, user experience, knowledge management and self-service capabilities. You will work closely with Product Owners, Digital Specialists, HR stakeholders and end users across different countries and functions.

How can FrieslandCampina increase the adoption and effective use of its HR systems while reducing dependency on support and improving the overall employee experience? During your internship, you will investigate how employees interact with our HR systems, identify barriers to adoption and develop practical recommendations to improve user engagement, self-service and system effectiveness. Depending on your findings, your assignment may focus on topics such as: User adoption and digital employee experience Knowledge management and self-service Communication and awareness campaigns Change management and stakeholder engagement Digital learning and user guidanceData-driven insights into system usage and support demand AI-enabled support and knowledge solutionsYour recommendations could result in a roadmap, business case, implementation plan or improvement initiatives that create lasting impact across our HR landscape. Your Activities During your internship, you will: Analyze system usage patterns, support data and user feedbackInterview employees, managers, HR professionals and stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve user experience and system adoptionSupport communication and engagement initiatives Contribute to knowledge management and self-service improvements Explore innovative solutions, including AI-driven support capabilities Develop recommendations and present your findings to the Digital HR leadership team What Do We Ask? You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Management, Business IT, Organizational Psychology or a related field Interested in digital transformation, HR technology and employee experience Curious, analytical and eager to learnComfortable working independently while engaging with different stakeholdersAble to translate insights into practical recommendations Fluent in English, both written and spoken What Do We Offer?
