Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.
What you'll bring
4+ years of experience in IBM Maximo Functional Consulting. Responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing IBM Maximo EAM solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective asset management solutions and ensure continuous improvement. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Maximo functional solutions. Configure and optimize IBM Maximo modules and functionalities. Conduct functional workshops, requirement discussions, and solution demonstrations. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with technical teams on Maximo integrations with enterprise applications. Support data migration and cloud migration initiatives where required. Identify and recommend continuous improvements based on industry best practices. Deep understanding of IBM Maximo EAM modules, capabilities, and business processes. Experience in at least one full-cycle Maximo EAM implementation or upgrade. Strong knowledge of enterprise system integrations and functional requirements. Experience in utilities, energy, manufacturing, or similar asset-intensive industries is an advantage. Exposure to cloud migration and data migration is desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Certifications IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Maximo EAM. ITIL or Asset Management certification is an advantage.
