Office Host & Workplace Support (Part-Time)

Location: Rotterdam, Hours: Part-time (~12.5 hours per week / 2.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday) Schedule: Daily , around lunchtime (e.g., 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM) About the Role Are you someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying organized, and making sure everything runs smoothly? We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Host & Workplace Support to take care of our office and support the team during lunchtime. You will be at the heart of our workplace, ensuring that everyone has a clean, organized, and inviting space in which to work and collaborate. This role is ideal for someone looking for a consistent and meaningful part-time position within a friendly team.

Set up the daily team lunch and take care of the cleanup afterwards. Load and unload the dishwasher and keep the kitchen clean and organized. Monitor, order, and restock office, kitchen, coffee, and bathroom supplies. Empty bins, water the plants, and keep the common areas tidy. Help create a welcoming and enjoyable office environment. Who You Are You are reliable, punctual, and comfortable following a consistent routine. You notice what needs to be done and take action without waiting to be asked. You are organized and have an eye for detail. You enjoy being a positive and helpful presence in the office. You are fully eligible to work in the Netherlands.
