Service & Network Engineer Trainee

Our services span, internet access, SD-WAN/SASE cloud solutions and much more, powered by central orchestration, monitoring, and workflow systems. In this role, you will be able to learn and grow in different aspects of our service to our customers, like implementing and managing our cutting-edge network infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of performance, security, and reliability. You will make and present our reports to our customers together with our sr network engineers. After the traineeship you will have the understanding of our technology and services and be ready to decide which area and role suits you best.

As a trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive journey across both service operations and network engineering. Your key responsibilities will include: Network Design & Implementation: Assist in designing, deploying, and optimizing global corporate networks based on customer needs. Learn how to ensure secure, high-performance connections using industry best practices. Service Operations: Create and present our Service Reviews, including availability, KPI’s, network status to our customer. Handle support tickets and provide technical assistance while ensuring SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction. Internal infrastructure and security optimisation: Monitor our internal infrastructure and security as a means to suggest and implement improvements Team member for our Security certification framework Service Delivery: Work with our vendors to ensure timely delivery of our services towards our customers Internal coordination of all the ordered services from Sales to Invoicing.

We’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals who are keen to launch their careers in network managed services by learning both operational and technical disciplines: Education & Experience: Recent graduates or early-career professionals with a Bachelor/Master degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience). A demonstrated passion for technology, networks, and customer-centric solutions. Technical Aptitude & Skills: Basic understanding of network infrastructure, network monitoring, and IT service management; hands-on experience via internships or academic projects is a plus. An eagerness to learn about industry-leading technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud-based connectivity solutions. Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills (Dutch is a plus). A proactive, adaptable team player with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Enthusiasm for customer engagement and a commitment to achieving high standards.
