AI Strategist

Full-time Hybrid Latitude is a Data & AI consulting firm building AI Agents & Interfaces for Europe’s leading organisations. We help organisations go beyond just using a chat interface, our goal is to infuse AI into the core workflows, systems, and decisions that define their business. As our AI Strategist, you own the client outcome. You translate ambiguous business problems into clear strategies, roadmaps, and requirements, then steer projects from kick-off through delivery to measurable adoption. Depending on the engagement, this can mean scoping a retrieval-augmented knowledge system, shaping agent workflows to automate internal tasks, or defining the business case for AI-first products. The right AI approach depends on the business need, and you are accountable for making sure it delivers real impact, end-to-end. We combine this with classic analytics and data solutions where necessary, and we do it with a product mindset, sustainable for the long term and often managed by us.

Lead AI projects and strategic trajectories from kick-off and delivery through to successful adoption Translate ambiguous client needs into clear strategies, roadmaps, and technical requirements for our Data & AI engineers Own project planning, scope, budget, and deliverables across client and internal work Act as the primary bridge between the client and the technical team, aligning business goals with architecture decisions Drive buy-in and adoption at the client side, including change management activities Lead discovery and pre-sales with stakeholders, from C-level executives to technical developers Actively contribute to the development of our propositions and internal methodologies Uphold delivery quality and business impact across engagements

5+ years as a Project Manager, Analytics Translator, Product Owner, or Strategy Consultant within complex data, AI, or digital projects Proven track record leading projects end-to-end, from strategy through delivery to measurable adoption Strong communication and presentation skills: you can seamlessly interface with both C-level executives and technical developers Solid working knowledge of AI and data applications, and the trade-offs behind them A curious mindset: you always look for the “problem behind the problem” to design the most effective solution Experience with Agile/Scrum or similar project management methodologies Proactive and results-driven: you focus on delivering real business impact, not just ticking off deliverables Consulting mindset: able to translate between business value and technical reality Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) Hands-on experience with code, such as data analysis, data science, or data engineering A background as a top-tier management or strategy consultant Experience with change management or adoption programmes in enterprise environments
