Junior Marine Engineer

Deliver sharp and concise analysis reports on complex marine engineering, mooring and hydrodynamic subjects that enable our clients to make supported decisions in their offshore development projects Build and use numerical models to support your analyses and gain insight in complex operations Collaborate with engineers in your own team or with clients on project design and implementation. Seek to find improvements in the analysis methodology, operational procedures, equipment selection or other aspects that enhance project performance Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and acquiring new knowledge.

MSc in Marine-Offshore, or Mechanical Engineering Solid theoretical basis in hydrodynamics Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Enthusiasm for the offshore industry and a passion for learning and development. Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication. Eligible to work in the Netherlands

We believe that junior engineers should be challenged from the start. You will be given real responsibility early in your career, with your development depending on your own initiative and drive. At the same time, you will work closely with experienced engineers who will support and mentor you where needed. Taking on responsibility also comes with flexibility. You will typically work from the office two to three days per week, with the option to work from home on other days. Working hours are flexible, and you can plan short breaks during the day, for example to use the gym in the building. We take work-life balance seriously.
