Medior / Senior Marine Engineer

Are you an experienced engineer looking to take ownership of complex offshore challenges? A significant share of our work involves innovative or first-of-their-kind developments, where you will be responsible for developing and applying advanced engineering methods. These projects require you to translate complex technical problems into robust engineering solutions, often in close collaboration with clients and stakeholders. You will typically lead project teams from early concept through to final delivery and coordinating technical input where needed. Every project is different, offering both technical depth and variety, and allowing you to continuously expand and bring your expertise to the table. By working closely with clients across the offshore sector, you will further deepen your understanding of industry needs and play an active role in shaping technical outcomes.

Conduct detailed engineering analyses and simulations to support offshore developments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions. Ownership in the development and improvement of engineering processes and workflows. Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Continuously seek opportunities for personal development and growth.

MSc in Marine/Offshore, Aerospace, Physics, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering 2-5 years of experience in offshore engineering. Strong theoretical foundation and practical engineering skills. Familiarity with relevant software tools and programming languages. Experience with numerical modelling in OrcaFlex . Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Enthusiasm for the offshore industry and a passion for innovation. Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication. Eligible to work in the Netherlands
