On-site Supervisor

10+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within warehouse, production, data center, or similar operational environments. The On-site Lead / Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations at the assigned hub, ensuring efficient workflow, effective task allocation, queue management, and strict adherence to SLA requirements. Primary operational point of contact for the client at the site level and oversees quality control, documentation accuracy, inventory coordination, and warehouse operations. Manage daily workflows, prioritize queues, and assign tasks to ensure timely and SLA-compliant operations. Conduct quality control spot checks and validate system updates in ProcureAnt or equivalent systems. Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational documentation and records. Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and manage P0/P1 incidents effectively. Coordinate with warehouse vendors for inventory handovers, staging, stock movement, and discrepancy resolution. Ensure packaging inventory availability and workstation readiness at the site. Monitor Work Order (WO) updates and ensure timely status tracking. Prepare and maintain daily and weekly site performance reports, including operational KPIs. Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and warehouse partners to ensure smooth site operations. Strong experience with inventory management systems and tracking tools such as ProcureAnt, ERP, or WMS platforms. Proven experience handling and resolving high-priority P0/P1 operational escalations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality control and documentation accuracy. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and KPI reporting. Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM). Experience in electronics manufacturing or technology operations.
