Channel manager

As a Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our network of law firms and legal consultants worldwide . You will act as a key liaison between our company and our partners, ensuring they successfully onboard clients and drive adoption of our solution. Your focus will be on: Partner Relationship Management – Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our global partner network. Partner Enablement & Support – Providing the necessary tools, training, and guidance to help partners successfully sell and implement our legal tech solution. Sales Growth & Target Achievement – Ensuring partners meet their annual sales targets by driving engagement and identifying growth opportunities. Customer Success – Supporting partners in ensuring their clients effectively adopt and utilise our SaaS solution for maximum impact. Performance Monitoring & Optimization – Tracking partner performance, analysing results, and optimizing strategies to improve partner success and market reach.

Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development , ideally within legal tech, SaaS, or GRC software . Strong understanding of law firms and legal consultants —their business models, challenges, and how technology enhances their services. A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset , with a results-driven approach to sales and partner success. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with partners at all levels. The ability to train, motivate, and support partners in achieving business goals. Experience with CRM systems, partner enablement tools, and sales reporting .
